Harmen de Kraker
Harmen de Kraker studied Dutch Law and Political Science in Groningen and Montreal (Canada) and completed a postgraduate course on company law at Leiden University in 2015. Harmen has been a lawyer since March 2011. Until September 2017 he was an associate of the corporate litigation practice group of Höcker Advocaten (later Florent).
Harmen mainly handles cases in the area of company law. He provides legal advice and litigates on contractual and liability issues. This refers to trade disputes, but also to directors’ and officers’ liability issues and shareholder disputes. In addition, Harmen provides legal advice to a number of foundations (often in the cultural and/or NGO sector) on corporate governance.
Harmen is a member of the Corporate Litigation Association and the Dutch Commercial-Law Association.
